Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, Frank Torre is an entrepreneur who successfully led one of the largest horticultural and landscape contracting firms in the country, Torre and Bruglio, Inc., from 1992 until 2008, when he sold to the Brickman Group.

Among the firm’s notable projects under the direction of Frank Torre were the Detroit Tigers athletic field at Comerica Park, the Riverwalk on the Detroit River, Campus Martius, and the Chrysler World Headquarters.

Actively involved with his local community, Frank Torre contributed to the development of the Great Lakes National Veterans Cemetery, where the entry is named in honor of his father, a World War II combat veteran.

Currently, Frank Torre serves as CEO of Signal Restoration Services, a national contracting company that specializes in property loss restoration . Founded in 1972 and acquired by Frank Torre in 2012, the company has restored properties in Michigan and across the country, and is headquartered in Troy Michigan.

In the wake of Hurricane Sandy in 2012, for example, the company deployed a team of 900 professionals to aid in the cleanup and restoration of five of New York City’s critical hospitals.
